Neil has extensive board level experience in the private sector including Rolls Royce, Express Dairies and United Biscuits. He also has significant experience in the FE sector where, in addition to his consultancy work he has occupied various interim positions at Vice Principal and Director level in colleges.

Colleges Neil has worked with include Bridgwater, Cannington, North Derbyshire, Royal Forest of Dean, South Tyneside, Tynemet, South East Derbyshire, South Kent, Brooksby Melton, Skelmersdale, Bicton, Belfast Met and Swindon.

He has been involved in all of the Company's recovery and merger assignments in the last ten years in addition to key special projects both for college clients and the LSC. He is involved in the full range of the Company's services.
