Malcolm has extensive experience in the private sector with household names such as Batchelors Foods and Bass Charrington. He also has more than ten years experience in the FE sector both in employed executive positions and as a consultant to various colleges. He has studied General Management at the prestigious Henley Management College.
Colleges with whom Malcolm has worked include Bridgwater, Brooksby Melton, Calderdale, Cannington, North Derbyshire, East Riding, RCAT, Rother Valley, Royal Forest of Dean, Sandwell, South Devon, South Tyneside and Swindon. He has also provided advice and assistance to the LSC.
He has been involved in shaping a number of recovery strategies and in successful mergers. Malcolm leads on MCA's strategic advice to colleges and co-ordinates the Company's overall input. Neil has extensive board level experience in the private sector including Rolls Royce, Express Dairies and United Biscuits. He also has significant experience in the FE sector where, in addition to his consultancy work he has occupied various interim positions at Vice Principal and Director level in colleges.
Colleges Neil has worked with include Bridgwater, Cannington, North Derbyshire, Royal Forest of Dean, South Tyneside, South East Derbyshire, South Kent, Brooksby Melton, Skelmersdale and Swindon. He has been involved in all of the Company's recovery and merger assignments in the last seven years in addition to key special projects both for college clients and the LSC. Adrian has both general and financial management experience at board level in the private sector with a variety of organisations. His experience includes Reed Elsevier, The Sara Lee Corporation and Nelson Thornes Ltd., a leading educational solutions provider operating within the Primary, Secondary, Further and Higher education markets, where he was Finance Director and then Acting Managing Director. He has significant experience of college reorganisations and mergers including Skelmersdale and Bath and has held positions at director level in colleges. Ron has recently completed a research project in his role as Visiting Research Fellow at Queen's University Belfast within the Institute of Governance, Public Policy and Social Research. He is an authority on governance and provides advice to a number of FE colleges.

Dave is well known through out the sector having started as a lecturer and moving into the management of MIS, a role in which he has become an acknowledged expert and co-wrote the Institute of College Managements guide to the management of MIS systems. He is an experienced consultant having worked in many colleges including Barnsley, Blackburn, Calderdale, Rotherham and Skelmersdale and one who has also gained recognition as being a expert in college MIS turnaround.

Geoff Hitt BA - MIS Associate
Geoff has many years of experience in MIS and information management both inside and outside the FE sector. He is also able to offer MCA clients the benefit of his skills in data management for HEFCE which is gaining in importance as the sector increasingly moves towards offering degree level courses. Geoff is an experienced consultant but has also held senior level posts in a number of Colleges including New College Nottingham, Tynemet, University of Derby, Derby College and Broxtowe College

Peter Grazette BA - Associate
Peter has a number of years experience at finance director level in colleges in both permanent and interim roles. Colleges he has worked at include Cannington and Skelmersdale, where he also worked on recovery and merger planning, and at Cirencester. In his previous career in the private sector he worked at finance and managing director level for several large companies which included BTR, Billiton and Falmer Jeans.
