The Covid-19 pandemic has forced every aspect of College life to be re-examined in some detail along with the whole learner journey and how it will be affected at each stage. Marketing, admissions, enrolment and delivery will all need to change to reflect the new world, as well as all aspects of business support. There are many questions which will need to be answered.
As Colleges re-open, there are many areas to consider such as, how will income be affected, how can we improve our recruitment processes? There will be a need to rethink in many areas of operation in order to be able to address these questions, so what better way to do it than by applying process management and mapping techniques.
We have recently completed a project with DN College Group & The Sheffield College which was funded via the College Collaboration Fund. The project took place over a number of months and was designed to enhance the student experience by examining current processes. The project was a huge success that resulted in a number of processes being redesigned to enhance the student experience and college efficiencies. This webinar will focus on this project and will offer insight from College representatives on effective process management and the utilisation of our own software MCA, Map Pro.
Speakers: Malcolm Cooper, MD, MCA Cooper Associates,
Robert Leitch & Sam Daly, MCA Cooper Associates Process Mapping Leads
